Self-portrait gift cards can be redeemed online at self-portrait.com or any UK store. Please apply e-gift card number at the checkout page for online. When an e-gift card is used, the full available balance will be applied to the order automatically. If the order total is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining value will stay on thee-gift card for future use.

The minimum value of a self-portrait e-gift card is €50 and the maximum value is €1,000, in increments of €10. It is not possible to add additional value to a self-portrait e-gift card after purchase.

Refunds for purchases made with a self-portrait e-gift card will be returned to a gift card in line with our standard refund policy. If multiple payment methods were used, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded first, with any remaining balance returned by cash or credit/debit card.

The e-gift card will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have chosen another date of receipt in the future, the e-gift card will expire 12 months from that specific date.
