REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Your order now arrives in boxes made from FSC-certified recycled materials, produced in the UK and fully recyclable. Inside, a lightweight, reusable paper bag replaces the inner box, reducing carbon impact and raw material usage while offering a practical second life beyond your order.
